CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOYALTY AGENT
LOCATION: 5250 Decarie Boulevard, Montreal, QC, H3X 2H9 (near Snowdon metro)  
You are BILINGUAL, DYNAMIC, and above all dedicated to offer an excellent customer service? As a customer service and loyalty agent, you will be responsible for providing an unparalleled service to our client-partner’s customers and all related activities tasks.

  • Hourly wage of $13.50, bilingualism bonus of $0.50

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR BECAUSE YOU OFFER

  • Flexible and full-time availability: Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 10:30pm and Saturday and Sunday between 8:00am to 8:00pm
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Good communication skills
  • Dynamism, diplomacy and good listening skills
  • Good control of IT tools

  • Answering inbound calls and establishing a relationship of trust with customers in a professional manner
  • Assuring customer retention
  • Seize opportunities to offer and sell products and services
  • Work as a team to achieve daily goals
  • Perform various activities related to the after-sales service
